Data Analysis and Research Writing Workshop

Members of the Kenyatta University and Syracuse University teams are gathered this week at Kenyatta University to work on analyzing data for three collaborative research projects and writing up at least one paper from each study. The studies were designed beginning in 2012 and data were collected in 2012 and 2013. There are six collaborative research studies that team members are working on, and three of these studies are the focus of the one-week workshop. These three studies deal with Teaching Practice, Technology Usage by Kenyan Secondary Teachers, and Literacy Norms in Kenyan Secondary Schools. There will be another data analysis and research writing workshop in June to complete the work on the other three studies.
